When I needed a gift in a rush, they accommodated me to another closer location (Oakville)near my home, and the service there was just as good. I have referred my friends and family and they were treated just as good!

LOVE these folks! My tag heuer watch needed a new battery, which typically involves going to a posh jeweler with attitude, a ritual I really don’t like. This time, I found Knar (via Google) – the location (Bloor & Avenue Rd) was particularly convenient. I dealt with Jeff, who I gather is the owner. There were problems with my watch beyond the battery (the clasp was loose, the band was dirty, and worst of all, the back was stuck and wouldn’t come off). They dealt with it all, left me messages with updates, charged me VERY reasonably, and were very friendly. Simply put: it was a genuine pleasure to do business with them, and I will be going back there from now on.
