The watch’s slim black case is based on 1968’s reference 6105-8000 diver’s watch, a robust yet elegant Seiko classic whose flowing design inspired many iconic diver’s watches that followed.

The design is inspired by Sanji, who is the third son of the Vinsmoke family, and his Raid Suit with only the number 3 blacked out. The crown is marked with a motif of Sanji's eyebrow. The case back features the mark of the Pirate Cooks and Sanji's words "I'm going to find the ALL BLUE,".
