The story of Seiko began in 1881, when a 22 year old entrepreneur, Kintaro Hattori, opened a shop selling and repairing watches and clocks in central Tokyo.
Today, after more than 130 years of innovation, Kintaro Hattori’s company is still dedicated to the perfection that the founder always strove to achieve.

Inspired by Sanji, who has a dream of finding the "All Blue". The dial design incorporates footprints evoking Sanji, whose motto is "A cook's hands are his life," and his powerful kicks. The design is inspired by Sanji, who is the third son of the Vinsmoke family, and his Raid Suit with only the number 3 blacked out. The crown is marked with a motif of Sanji's eyebrow. The case back features the mark of the Pirate Cooks and Sanji's words "I'm going to find the ALL BLUE,".
