Online Shopping Information

Add items to your shopping cart, review your order to confirm quantities, style, and product, then continue shopping or check out.

  1. Create a new account to use now and for any future purchases or continue as a Guest.
  2. Complete the Canadian address details for shipping as well as the billing address associated with your method of payment. You will be requested to enter your payment method details. You may save payment information for future orders. When you submit your order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
  3. Knar.com is not responsible for any misdirected parcels due to a shipping address data entry error by the user, when the order was created. If a change is needed, you must notify us within 2 hours of having placed your order.
  4. Your order number and other details will be emailed to the email address you provide.

If you initially opted to check out as a guest, you still have the option to create an account and save your order details or continue as a guest.

Once you register, you can check your order status, view past orders, save payment and shipping details as well cancel your order provided it has not shipped.

Knar Jewellery strives to do its best to serve your needs with accuracy. However human and computer errors may occur, and unavailability or limited quantities may prevent Knar.com from fulfilling your order request. We correct inaccuracies on Knar.com as quickly as possible upon discovery, and without notice.  Our digital team checks that product images and colours are as accurate as possible, however different monitors and devices have varying settings that may alter the appearance of products. If you have any questions or concerns with respect to items on our website, email customerservice@knar.com.

All prices on our site are displayed in Canadian currency and are exclusive of sales tax. Charges will be processed in Canadian currency and will be applied to your credit card once as your order has shipped. If a product(s) is listed with an incorrect image or price due to a typographical error or supplier pricing error, Knar.com has the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for that product. Knar.com also has the right to cancel or refuse an order previously confirmed and charged to your credit card. If the credit card was charged, and the order cancelled, Knar.com will issue a credit to your original form of payment for the original amount charged.

Products sold on Knar.com are also sold in one or more of their three showrooms. We strive to keep the website as accurate as possible, however, if the product which you ordered becomes not available, you will be immediately notified. You have the option to wait for the item to be replenished or to modify/cancel your order.

Knar.com takes all the necessary measures to ensure your information is safe and secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is applied to every transaction on Knar.com.     Items from Knar.com are purchased using an accepted credit card or PayPal. All purchases from Knar.com will only be accepted by Knar Jewellery if the billing name and address are linked to the credit card or PayPal account. If the information does not match or if Knar Jewellery reasonably suspects a fraudulent transaction, the order may be canceled by Knar Jewellery, even if the transaction is pre-authorized by a credit card company or PayPal. It may take between three to five business days for the credit card or PayPal to cancel the transaction. Without any liability and in its sole discretion, Knar Jewellery may restrict or terminate access to Knar.com at any time without prior notice. What is Affirm?

Affirm (formerly known as PayBright) is Canada’s leading installment payment platform, providing shoppers with buy now, pay later solutions at Knar Jewellery both in-store and online; some restrictions apply.

By Selecting Affirm as a payment method at checkout, customers can enjoy their purchase immediately, while spreading their payments over time.

How financing works:


1: ADD TO CART AND BUY WITH AFFIRM

Select Pay over time at checkout to start the simple application process.

2: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION

Enter a few pieces of personal information for a real-time decision.

3: PICK A PAYMENT PLAN

Select a flexible payment option ranging from pay-in-four and up to 24 months (based on purchase value).

Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be 0–32% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR. Payment options depend on your purchase amount, may vary by merchant, and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Actual payment option terms will be shown at checkout. A down payment may be required. Affirm accepts debit cards and PAD as forms of repayment on payment options. Select payment options may be eligible for repayment in the form of credit cards. Please review the terms and conditions of your credit card when using it as a form of repayment. Sample payment options may be: a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

Billing, Shipping & Returns

Knar Jewellery is pleased to offer shipping anywhere in Canada via FedEx. Shipments to a P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO address and hotels are not accepted. Processing begins when you successfully place your order. It may take up to two business days to dispatch your order. Processing and handling times may be extended during peak sale periods. Before we ship your order, it will be held for payment verification and confirmation from your card issuer. If there is a delay in processing, a team member will contact you via the email.

Rates & Times   

Knar Jewellery is pleased to offer free shipping for online orders over $250. For orders under $250, a flat rate charge of $25 will be applied.

Order processing times may vary from 1 to 7 business days for item(s) purchased under $20,000. For item(s) purchased over $20,000 the processing timeline is between 7-14 business days.

Delivery timelines will vary from 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries to remote areas may experience longer shipping times. Please note that we reserve the right to amend the free shipping threshold and shipping rates at any time and without notice.

Knar.com is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier volume, traffic, weather, statutory holidays or payment processing.

Knar Jewellery accepts Visa, MasterCard & Visa Debit. A payment method cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Every order is security verified. Name, billing address and phone number must be linked to the credit card and payment method. Discrepancies may result in, the order being delayed or cancelled. As with all credit purchases, a pre-authorization amount will be applied to the credit card for the full amount of your order.

Sales taxes are charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped.

Tax exemptions are granted in-store for valid Indian Status card holders. For online orders, email a valid driver’s license and corresponding status card to customerservice@knar.com.

Shipping times are estimates, and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders can experience unexpected delays due to traffic, weather, payment issues, and other. Allow more time for deliveries to rural and remote areas. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Federal and provincial statutory holidays are exempt for deliveries which may cause an additional delay.

A signature is required for all orders unless you have elected to permit FedEx to deliver packages without a signature. Knar Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or theft for any packages delivered without a signature or where a delivery signature was not obtained in accordance with the customer’s instructions to FedEx.

If you receive a shipment notice at your door, collect your package from the designated FedEx pick-up location, within the pick-up time period to avoid your order being returned to Knar Jewellery. The shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been submitted.

You will receive updates regarding your order’s status to the email address provided at time of purchase. View the order status by logging into your account on Knar.com. If you purchased as a Guest and require an update, please email customerservice@knar.com.

If you are local, Knar Jewellery offers curbside pickups for online orders at all store locations; some exclusions may apply. If the purchased product is a brand that is approved for pickup at an alternative showroom, please allow 24-48 hours for the pickup to be ready. Email customerservice@knar.com to arrange a suitable time.  Curbside pickups require the presentation of ID with the verification of a signature and the original credit card used for payment.

Online Return Policy   

ITEMS PURCHASED VIA KNAR.COM ARE RETURNABLE THROUGH THE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM ONLY. ONLINE PURCHASES CANNOT BE RETURNED TO KNAR JEWELLERY RETAIL LOCATIONS.

Regular-priced items in its original, undamaged, and unused condition, with original tags, stickers, and packaging may be returned for refund within 10 days of the order shipment arrival date, plus applicable shipment time. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the shipment email or packing slip. Items marked as final sale are not returnable.  Upon receipt of the item(s) for return, Knar.com has the right to deny a refund if the item(s) received do not meet the return policy requirements. Knar.com provides a full refund for purchases excluding any shipping & handling charges.

Returns By FedEx   

Contact customerservice@knar.com to request a return authorization form. Only items purchased on knar.com can be returned by FedEx.

  • Pack items securely and safely.
  • Place the form along with the items in the box to be returned to Knar Jewellery.
  • Cleary write the return authorization number on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Use the prepaid shipping label on the box.
    Make note of the tracking number for your records.
  • Take your package to your nearest FedEx drop-off location.

    The credit will be issued once the parcel is received, inspected and approved by Knar.com.

    Exchanges   

    Subject to availability, item(s) purchased at Knar.com may be exchanged via FedEx.

    Email customerservice@knar.com to request a return of your item(s) and place a new order. The refund process of originally purchased item will commence once the parcel is received, inspected, and approved by Knar.com.

    Gifts   

    Online gift orders may be returned by FedEx, when notified by email at customerservice@knar.com. Returns require a return authorization number, original order number, a packing slip, or shipping confirmation as proof of purchase. Online gift orders returned by FedEx will be refunded back to the purchaser’s original method of payment.
