All online orders and purchases made through Knar.com are subject to Knar Jewellery’s Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions here. These Terms & Conditions may change without prior notice. Your purchase via Knar.com constitutes acceptance of these Purchase Terms & Conditions.

To make a purchase, create an account or check out as a guest. In either case, the age of majority in your province or territory of residence applies. Customers and clients are responsible to ensure the accuracy of their information.

You agree to be responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information provided to Knar.com.
• Maintaining confidentiality of passwords and account information used for purchases on Knar.com
• To notify customerservice@knar.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account once you become aware of misuse.
  
  Knar Jewellery is not responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with these Purchase Terms & Conditions.
  
  Items from Knar.com are purchased using an accepted credit card or PayPal. All purchases from Knar.com will only be accepted by Knar Jewellery if the billing name and address are linked to the credit card or PayPal account. If the information does not match or if Knar Jewellery reasonably suspects a fraudulent transaction, the order may be canceled by Knar Jewellery, even if the transaction is pre-authorized by a credit card company or PayPal. It may take between three to five business days for the credit card or PayPal to cancel the transaction. Without any liability and in its sole discretion, Knar Jewellery may restrict or terminate access to Knar.com at any time without prior notice.
